Your feet get the most pressure from standing and walking around all day from work to school/etc. As a college students, parents, or professionals, we sometimes do not have the time or the finances to go to the spa to get a pedicure done professionally.

Luckily, I went to a nail technology course at the University of the West Indies where received professional training. In this post, I will be giving you guidelines and tips on how to keep great looking and feeling feet.

Every month, I try to fit a pedicure into my schedule as a reward for my hard work. Rewarding yourself with simple yet effective beauty or health procedures can keep you looking and feeling great all year round.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS!

Walking into a room for the first time you would realize that all eyes are on you. Most people observe everything from your clothing to the personality you gave off. An important note would be to make sure your appearance and attitudes are in check when making first impressions anywhere. Very often people are falsely judged merely upon their first appearance.

Presenting yourself appropriately is major. Keep in mind where you are going and what type of crowd you are most likely to meet. You do not want to stand out as being odd. Choosing the appropriate style of clothing and accessories will determine your acceptance or rejection.

You want to give a strong and positive version of yourself. Grooming is a huge part of your presentation for both males and females. Take that extra effort to perfect your style to create a finished look.

Stay calm and collective! Be yourself, and do not put on an act or try to be something that you are not personally comfortable with. This shows up as a big red flag to the person or persons you are about to meet. Your individuality can help make your first impressions successful once you keep in mind to be appropriate for the situation.

Happy First Impressions!
