all day from work to school/etc. As a college students, parents, or
professionals, we sometimes do not have the time or the finances to go to the
spa to get a pedicure done professionally.
Luckily, I went to a nail technology course at the University of
the West Indies where received professional training. In this post, I will be
giving you guidelines and tips on how to keep great looking and feeling feet.
Every month, I try to fit a pedicure into my schedule as a reward for my hard work. Rewarding yourself with simple yet effective beauty or health procedures can keep you looking and feeling great all year round.

Pedicures are important in the prevention of
cracked heels, provides early detection/treatment from corn, calluses and ingrown
toenails. It relaxes and soothes the feet and the body whilst taking off stress. It
has been said, that having a therapeutic pedicure helps to detoxify the body.
